Getaways by Tayylormade provides personalized travel planning and advisory services. By using this website or engaging services, you agree to the following terms.

Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when engaging services. You are responsible for reviewing all travel documents and complying with supplier requirements.

Independent Advisor Disclosure

Getaways by Tayylormade operates independently and is affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. Fora acts solely as a host agency and is not responsible for travel services or arrangements.

Third-Party Suppliers

All travel services are provided by independent suppliers. We do not control their operations, pricing, or availability and cannot guarantee their performance.

Bookings and Payments

All pricing is subject to change until confirmed. By providing payment details, you authorize bookings on your behalf through suppliers or partner systems.

Cancellations and Changes

All bookings are subject to supplier-specific policies. Any changes or cancellations may result in penalties or fees.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Without coverage, you assume full financial responsibility for cancellations, delays, or disruptions.

Liability

We are not responsible for supplier actions, travel disruptions, or events beyond our control. Liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

Changes, Cancellations, Nonrefundable Bookings, Group Travel

Rebooking requests, substantial itinerary modifications, destination changes, or significant date changes may require additional planning fees or rebooking fees at the Travel Advisor's discretion. Any supplier-imposed change fees, fare differences, cancellation penalties, or administrative charges remain the Client's responsibility.

Group travel reservations are subject to additional coordination requirements. Group Leaders are responsible for confirming all traveler information and rooming assignments prior to booking. Once reservations have been secured, changes may result in supplier penalties, administrative fees, rebooking fees, and additional professional service charges.
