I reserve the right to require a new planning fee when requested changes materially alter the original scope of the trip.

Group travel requires significant planning and coordination. A designated Group Leader is responsible for collecting and confirming traveler information, rooming assignments, and payment readiness prior to reservations being secured.
Once reservations have been confirmed, changes may result in supplier penalties, fare increases, and additional coordination fees.
Travelers should be prepared to submit required deposits when reservations are requested. Reservation reinstatements due to non-payment or failure to submit deposits will incur a $25 modification fee.
Additional administrative fees may apply for substantial modifications, rebookings, or repeated reservation changes.
Planning fees are non-refundable once services begin. Reasonable revisions are included within your selected package. Significant itinerary changes, destination changes, rebooking requests, or cancellations may be subject to additional planning or rebooking fees. Supplier cancellation penalties and change fees remain the responsibility of the traveler.
